Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Information, data, and records collected for use and maintained by, and all work products created in carrying out the purposes of, the Ohio violent death reporting system shall not be subject to subpoena or discovery while in the possession of the system or admissible in any criminal or civil proceeding if obtained through, or from, the system.
