Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of health, pursuant to rules adopted in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, shall establish standards and procedures to make available to researchers confidential information collected by the Ohio violent death reporting system. Researchers complying with those standards and procedures also shall comply with the confidentiality requirements of section 3701.9310 of the Revised Code.
