Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of health shall establish an advisory group of interested parties and stakeholders to recommend actions to relevant entities to prevent violent deaths, and make other recommendations the director determines necessary, in accordance with division (D) of section 3701.931 of the Revised Code.
