Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The data collection model used by the Ohio violent death reporting system shall follow the data collection model used by the United States centers for disease control and prevention national violent death reporting system and any other data collection model set forth by the director of health pursuant to section 3701.934 of the Revised Code.
