Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly The director of health shall collect information about violent deaths in Ohio only from existing sources related to violent crimes and shall not conduct independent criminal investigations in order to obtain information, data, or records for use by the Ohio violent death reporting system.
