Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding any section of the Revised Code pertaining to confidentiality, any individual, public social service agency, or public agency that provides services to individuals or families, law enforcement agency, coroner, or public entity that provided services to an individual whose death is the type of death specified by the director of health under section 3701.934 of the Revised Code shall provide information, data, records, and otherwise assist in the execution of sections 3701.93 to 3701.9314 of the Revised Code.
