Effective: March 23, 2022 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 157 - 134th General Assembly The director of health may impose conditions on any variance the director has granted under section 3702.304 of the Revised Code. The director may, at any time, rescind the variance for any reason, including a determination by the director that the facility is failing to meet one or more of the conditions or no longer adequately protects public health and safety.
