Effective: September 29, 2013 Latest Legislation: House Bill 59 - 130th General Assembly Sections 3702.51 to 3702.61 of the Revised Code do not apply to any part of a long-term care facility's campus that is certified as an intermediate care facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, as defined in section 5124.01 of the Revised Code.
