Effective: March 23, 2015 Latest Legislation: House Bill 463 - 130th General Assembly If funds are available in the dental hygienist loan repayment fund created under section 3702.967 of the Revised Code and the general assembly has appropriated the funds for the program, the director of health shall approve an applicant for participation in the program on determining in accordance with the priorities established under section 3702.962 of the Revised Code that the applicant is eligible for participation and is needed in a dental health resource shortage area. When making a determination required by this section, the director shall consult with the Ohio dental hygienists' association.
