Effective: November 22, 2020 Latest Legislation: House Bill 151 - 133rd General Assembly The chiropractic loan repayment advisory board shall determine the amounts that will be paid as loan repayments on behalf of participants in the chiropractic loan repayment program. No repayment shall exceed ten thousand dollars in any year, except that if a repayment results in an increase in the participant's federal, state, or local income tax liability, the department of health, at the participant's request and with the approval of the director of health, may reimburse the participant for the increased tax liability, regardless of the amount of the repayment in that year. Total repayment on behalf of a participant shall not exceed thirty thousand dollars over the time of participation in the program.
