Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Plumbing inspectors employed by the division of industrial compliance assigned to the enforcement of sections 3703.01 to 3703.08 of the Revised Code may, between sunrise and sunset, enter any building where there is good and sufficient reason to believe that the sanitary condition of the premises endangers the public health, for the purpose of making an inspection to ascertain the condition of the premises.
