Effective: October 23, 1972 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 397 - 109th General Assembly Nothing contained in sections 3704.01 to 3704.11 of the Revised Code, shall be construed as authorizing the director of environmental protection to make any rule, regulation, determination, or order which supersedes or limits the applicability of any law or ordinance relating to industrial health, safety, or sanitation within the boundaries of the industrial property.
