Effective: August 17, 2006 Latest Legislation: House Bill 235 - 126th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates division (A), (B), or (H) of section 3705.29 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or incarcerated for a term of not more than five years, or both.(B) Whoever violates division (C), (E), (F), or (G) of section 3705.29 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or incarcerated for a term of not more than one year, or both.(C) Whoever violates division (D) of section 3705.29 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
