Effective: June 1, 1970 Latest Legislation: House Bill 963 - 108th General Assembly Any holder of air quality revenue bonds issued under Chapter 3706. of the Revised Code, or any of the coupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement, except to the extent the rights given by such chapter may be restricted by the applicable resolution or such trust agreement, may by suit, action, mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any rights under the laws of the state or granted under such chapter, trust agreement, or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by such chapter, or by the trust agreement or resolution, to be performed by the Ohio air quality development authority or any officer thereof, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of rentals or other charges.
