Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The expenses for quarantining a county home or other county public institution shall be paid by the county when properly certified by the president and clerk of the board of health, or health commissioner where there is no board, of the city or general health district in which such institution is located.
