Effective: November 15, 1981 Latest Legislation: House Bill 694 - 114th General Assembly The board of health of a city or general health district may take measures, supply agents, and afford inducements and facilities for gratuitous vaccination, or may make reasonable charges for such vaccination. Where a city or general health district provides vaccinations using a vaccine provided by the Ohio department of health, the city or general health district shall pay fifty cents for each such vaccination which shall be payable to the treasurer of state and shall be credited to the general revenue fund.
