Effective: February 12, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 6 - 125th General Assembly (A) Whoever violates section 3707.03 of the Revised Code, unless good and sufficient reason therefor is shown, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.(B) Whoever violates division (B) of section 3707.06 or section 3707.48 of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
