Effective: March 22, 2019 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 229 - 132nd General Assembly A board of health of a city or general health district or the authority having the duties of a board of health under section 3709.05 of the Revised Code may select the titles it uses to refer to itself, the health district it represents, or any health facility or other entity it operates. The titles may include any terms selected by the board or authority, including the term 'public health.'
