Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly If in any general health district the district advisory council fails to meet or to select a board of health, the director of health may appoint a board of health for such district which shall have and exercise all powers conferred on a board of health of a general health district.
