Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly When it is necessary for an employee of a board of health of a city or general health district to travel outside the district, such employee shall be reimbursed for travel and per diem expenses incidental to such travel. No employee of a board shall be reimbursed for such travel unless prior approval has been granted by the board.
