Effective: March 14, 1985 Latest Legislation: House Bill 689 - 115th General Assembly By a majority vote of its members, a board of health of a city or general health district may join a statewide boards of health association. Any such board may appropriate from its health fund an amount sufficient to pay the annual dues established by such association.
