Effective: July 22, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 66 - 122nd General Assembly Nothing in sections 3715.01 and 3715.52 to 3715.72 of the Revised Code, shall be construed as requiring the director of agriculture or the state board of pharmacy to report minor violations for the institution of proceedings under sections 3715.01 and 3715.52 to 3715.72 of the Revised Code, whenever the director or board believes that the public interest will be adequately served in the circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
