Effective: November 1, 1977 Latest Legislation: House Bill 219 - 112th General Assembly Before any violation of section 3716.02 of the Revised Code is reported by the director or board to any prosecuting attorney, city director of law, or village counsel for institution of a criminal proceeding, the person against whom such proceeding is contemplated shall be given appropriate notice and opportunity to present his views, either orally or in writing, with regard to the contemplated proceeding.
