Effective: September 10, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 487 - 129th General Assembly Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter to the contrary, in adopting rules under division (A) of section 3718.02 of the Revised Code, the director of health shall consider the economic impact of the rules on property owners, the state of available technology, and the nature and economics of the available alternatives.
