Effective: December 20, 2012 Latest Legislation: House Bill 334 - 129th General Assembly Except as otherwise provided in section 2925.03 or 2925.11 of the Revised Code, a controlled substance analog, to the extent intended for human consumption, shall be treated for purposes of any provision of the Revised Code as a controlled substance in schedule I.
