Effective: July 1, 1976 Latest Legislation: House Bill 300 - 111th General Assembly No person shall alter any controlled substance from the original compounded form by evaporation or other means to increase the concentration of narcotic drug contained therein. Altered preparations having a greater concentration of schedule V narcotic drug content than specified under provisions of section 3719.15 of the Revised Code, shall be classified as a schedule III narcotic drug.
