Effective: July 22, 1998 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 66 - 122nd General Assembly Sections 3719.32 and 3719.33 of the Revised Code do not apply to substances sold or delivered upon the order or prescription of a person believed by the seller or deliverer to be a licensed health professional authorized to prescribe drugs.
