Effective: June 30, 1995 Latest Legislation: House Bill 117 - 121st General Assembly No person, firm, partnership, association, or corporation shall:(A) Operate a home as defined in section 3721.01 of the Revised Code without obtaining a license from the director of health;(B) Violate any of the conditions or requirements necessary for licensing after the license has been issued;(C) Operate a home after the license for such has been revoked by the director of health;(D) Interfere with the inspection of a licensed home by any state or local official when he is performing duties required of him by Chapter 3721. of the Revised Code. All licensed homes shall be open for inspection.(E) Violate any of the provisions of Chapter 3721. of the Revised Code or any rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
