Effective: September 30, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 110 - 134th General Assembly Beginning on the date that is three years from the effective date of this section , whoever violates division (B) of section 3722.02 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be liable for an additional penalty of one thousand dollars for each day of operation in violation of such division.
