Effective: July 24, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 279 - 118th General Assembly The director of health shall maintain a list of all licensed radon testers, mitigation specialists, and mitigation contractors. On request, the director shall provide a copy of all or part of the list to any individual, business entity, or government entity. The director shall not impose a charge for providing the copy that exceeds the actual and necessary expense of copying it.
