Effective: July 24, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 279 - 118th General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the radon program fund. All fees collected pursuant to this chapter; civil penalties assessed under section 3723.16 of the Revised Code; fines imposed under section 3723.99 of the Revised Code; and any grant, contribution, or other moneys received by the director of health for the purposes of this chapter shall be credited to the fund. Moneys credited to the fund shall be used only for administration and enforcement of the requirements of this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
