Effective: July 24, 1990 Latest Legislation: House Bill 279 - 118th General Assembly Whoever violates division (A) of section 3723.02, division (C) or (D) of section 3723.04, section 3723.05, or section 3723.13 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day of violation is a separate offense.
