Effective: October 13, 2004 Latest Legislation: House Bill 368 - 125th General Assembly Fees authorized or charged under sections 3729.03 and 3729.07 of the Revised Code are in lieu of all license and inspection fees on or with respect to the operation or ownership of recreational vehicle parks, combined park-camps, recreation camps, or temporary park-camps within this state, except that the licensor may charge additional reasonable fees for the collection and bacteriological examination of any necessary water samples taken from any such park, camp, or park-camp.
