Effective: July 1, 1992 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 351 - 119th General Assembly No person shall fail or refuse to comply with sections 3731.01 to 3731.21 of the Revised Code or the state fire code adopted pursuant to section 3737.82 of the Revised Code. Each day of violation of such sections constitutes a separate offense.
