Effective: October 16, 1996 Latest Legislation: House Bill 347 - 121st General Assembly (A) Each sleeping room of a hotel shall include a separate sleeping and bath area.(B) No sleeping room of a hotel or an SRO facility shall include cooking facilities unless the facilities have been approved by the state, municipal, township, or county building department having jurisdiction over the hotel or SRO facility.
