Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly Fees applicable to solid waste under this chapter do not apply to solid waste that the director of environmental protection approves for use as alternative daily cover in accordance with rules adopted under section 3734.02 of the Revised Code and that is used as alternative daily cover in accordance with those rules.
