Effective: September 29, 1999 Latest Legislation: House Bill 283 - 123rd General Assembly During the years 2002 and 2006, the director of environmental protection shall submit a report to the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate concerning the implementation, administration, and enforcement of the scrap tire provisions of this chapter and rules adopted under them, including at least a discussion of the expenditure of moneys from the scrap tire management fund created in section 3734.82 of the Revised Code and recommendations concerning any legislative changes needed to improve that implementation, administration, and enforcement.
