Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly Evidences of indebtedness executed by a metropolitan housing authority shall not be a debt or charge against the county, state, or any other governmental authority other than said authority, and no individual liability shall attach for any official act done by any member of such authority.
