Effective: July 11, 1989 Latest Legislation: House Bill 421 - 118th General Assembly During the period commencing ninety days after the effective date of this section and ending on January 1, 1991, a person who transfers title to petroleum that is placed by the person directly into an underground storage tank of the transferee shall provide written notice to the transferee of the requirements for the registration of underground storage tanks established by rules adopted under sections 3737.88 and 3737.882 of the Revised Code.No person shall fail to comply with this section.
