Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 500 - 127th General Assembly The state fire marshal shall periodically evaluate the effectiveness of this chapter. The state fire marshal shall submit a report that consists of the state fire marshal's findings to the general assembly on the first day of the forty-ninth month after the effective date of this section, and every three years after that date.
