Effective: April 7, 2009 Latest Legislation: House Bill 500 - 127th General Assembly No person is required to comply with this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant to it if a federal reduced cigarette ignition propensity standard that preempts this chapter or rules adopted under it is adopted and becomes effective.
