Effective: November 4, 2021 Latest Legislation: House Bill 172 - 134th General Assembly (A) Notwithstanding the requirements, contained in division (A) of section 3743.17 of the Revised Code, that the state fire marshal only issue the license of a wholesaler of fireworks on the first day of December and that the license is effective for one year, an applicant who applies pursuant to section 3743.151 of the Revised Code, and who meets the requirements for licensure contained in section 3743.16 of the Revised Code, shall be issued the license of a wholesaler of fireworks on January 1, 2023.
