Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the federally supported cleanup and response fund consisting of money credited to the fund from federal grants, gifts, and contributions. The environmental protection agency shall use money in the fund to support the investigation and remediation of contaminated property and implementation of the hazardous waste provisions of Chapter 3734. of the Revised Code.
