Effective: September 29, 2017 Latest Legislation: House Bill 49 - 132nd General Assembly There is hereby created in the state treasury the Volkswagen clean air act settlement fund consisting of money received by the state from the Volkswagen clean air act settlement. It is the intent of the general assembly to appropriate into the fund the money received by the state from that settlement.
