Effective: June 27, 2005 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 124 - 126th General Assembly (A) The department of health is hereby designated the Ohio radiation control agency.(B) In accordance with the laws of this state, the director of health may employ, compensate, and prescribe the duties of individuals necessary to implement and administer this chapter and the rules adopted under it.
