Effective: July 1, 1996 Latest Legislation: Senate Bill 2 - 121st General Assembly Whoever purposely violates division (F) of section 3751.04 of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than twenty thousand dollars, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both. Each violation is a separate offense.
