Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The name of a horse, mare, gelding, colt, or filly for entry for competition in a contest of speed shall not be changed after having contested for a prize, purse, premium, stake, or sweepstake, except as provided by the printed rules of the society or association under which such contest is advertised to be conducted.
