Effective: October 1, 1953 Latest Legislation: House Bill 1 - 100th General Assembly The class to which a horse belongs for an entry in a contest of speed shall be determined by its public performance in former contests or trials of speed, as provided by the printed rules of the society or association under which such contest is advertised to be conducted.
