Effective: October 3, 2023 Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly (A) Whoever is prohibited from claiming a lottery prize award under division (E) of section 3770.07 of the Revised Code and attempts to claim or is paid a lottery prize award is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall provide restitution to the state lottery commission of any moneys erroneously paid as a lottery prize award to that person.
