Effective: December 7, 2023 Latest Legislation: ENACTEDBYINITIATIVEPETITION,NOVEMBER7,2023 - General Assembly Level III adult use cultivator license. (A) Notwithstanding any conflicting provision of the Revised Code, and except as provided in division (B) of this section, the holder of a current and valid level III adult use cultivator license issued under this chapter may do any of the following: (1) Cultivate adult use cannabis; (2) Distribute, transfer, and sell adult use cannabis to other adult use cannabis operators; and (3) Acquire seeds, clones, plants, and other genetic material.
